When to Hire a Coach
CEOs invest in executive coaching as the most personal, high touch, and high impact way to strengthen themselves and other individual executives. Moments of company growth, executive transition, organizational change, relational challenges, and life tribulation are particular inflection points when coaching is critical. Coaching is often matched with relevant learning material and formative executive assessment, including a confidential 360 feedback report and/or a standardized DiSC assessment that provide normative data for the leader to leverage. We have yet to engage in a coaching relationship where the value add did not justify the meaningful investment.
